Feb campaign and no stock on 1st of Feb!

On the 1st I went in to the nearest MTN shop exited to upgrade - specifically choosing a Samsung Note 4. During the upgrade process I see the promotion that if you choose a Note 4 you receive a free cover. Staff member that assisted me in the store was not aware of the Feb campaign... So yesterday I received no clarification of this promo as the store staff had not received any communication.<br> Today I phone in to clarify and I was informed that unfortunately because they have not received their stock for Feb I could not receive the promotional item.<br> I find this unacceptable that due to your slow delivery systems I do not qualify for this promo also, if the store staff where more knowledgeable about this I would have gone to another store or waited for the stock to arrive.<br>
