faulty suspensions

My cellphone number *** are blocked since last week. I have received an SMS from Mtn to telling me that my number is in areas with R1539, 89. I couldn't believe after phoning and trying to solve this I went to Nedbank on Saturdays, 15 August 2015 and draw bank statements for the last 6 month witch we pay for every month. To discover that I am not in arrears so I took that to Caledon mtn he scanned it in and locked a query with reference number ***. It's already Monday night and still my phone is not working and I am wondering why I have to go thru all this trouble if it's the staff not doing their job please replace them ASAP. That after the costs of the bank statements driving up and down, calling in losing money as the line is used for business. In other words for an faulty suspension I have lost money and still no cellphone service. Whenever the phone will be reconnected maybe with a sorry. No bother about the money lost or inconvenience. So we have to pay our bill every month without any service received from Mtn this is the second time in 2 months. After years of being an mtn customer I definitely won't upgrade.
