Faulty SMS Roaming Service

I tried to activate MTN SMS Roaming via *135*1# at RO Thambo and it did not work. Tried to contact Customer care. Also no luck. No live chat option with agent via Whatsap. Emailed customer support. Rep**** after 3 days with instruction to restart device and do network search. Non of the network available allowed a connection of my MTN sim card. No further reply and help with the issue.
