Faulty Phone

<p>I have insurance with mtn and I did claim because my phone fell and the screen cracked, claim no is mtnlf007677, they came to pick my phone and the screen was fixed but when I was using it the same day it gave me problems, firstly it was the screen with two shades and charging was a problem it took 12 hours to fully charge the battery and then I called cpr repairs to have it fixed and they came to pick it up on the 28/12/2016 and it came back on the 3/01/2017 but it still has the same charging problem. On the 9/01/17 I sent email to insurance people because the still had the charging problem, they took the phone for the third time but it is still giving me problems like when It reaches 30% it switch itself and when I try to open it it's shows that needs charging and sometimes it freezes I can't access my applications, <br /> <br />Please advise me on what to do because Im really tired now of this inconvenience, the phone didn't have any problems besides the cracked screen. It just switches itself even when battery is fully charged. </p>
