faulty phone
<p>i bought a Samsung S7 edge at wonderpark shopping centre on the 26 of October, and on the 4th of November it started developing a black mark on the screen and i took it back on the 5th November for them to check it as it is still on warranty. when i called, i was told that due to process of repair i can only get my phone back after 2-3 weeks which to me it doesn't add up and i'm not okay with it. is this 2 weeks thing true or what, cause i cannot wait for that long, just for a phone that didn't have 2 weeks or which i didn't even have it for 2 weeks. your assistance will be appreciated on this matter.</p>

When a handset has been booked in for repairs or assessment you may request the use of a loan phone. However, depending on availability, one will be issued to you. Please note that not all stores have the option to assist with a loan unit. The turnaround time for the repairs is up to 14 working days
