Faulty phone

<p>I bought cell phone at Edgars Mtn at Century City last year.it lasted only 4 months.I took it back to them on February this year since it was insured.they told that they will send it to Mtn for repairs nd it will be back after six weeks.I went back to check after waiting for 2 months without hearing anything from them.when i got there.i got the supervisor which told me that she has never been informed anout the phone,and the phone has never been sent to Mtn.she promised to take the matter into her hands.she also told me that there is an amount i was supposed to pay,but due to the delay from their side i won't pay it,it will be the store responsibility. I waited again.then on the 17 of June somebody from Edgars called telling me that inorder for my phone to be repaired I must pay R700.I've asked to speak to the manager since shes the one who told me that i wont pay anything.The lady who was on the phpne dropped the phone pn my ear.till today i heard nothing from them.its the 5th month now since i brought my phone for repairs.</p>
