Faulty iPhone 17 Pro & No Resolution

I am currently being billed R1,900 per month for a device I do not have and cannot use. Despite the circumstances, MTN Head Office has refused to assist me with either a replacement device or cancelling the contract, which is unreasonable given that the phone became faulty within days of issue.
