FAULTY HANDSET

i recently took out a new cell phone contract from mtn in wellington. biggest mistake i ever made. i took the sony aqua m2 and within the 7 days guarantee that they give you the auto rotation stop working so i returned the phone. after a long wait and some fighting the gave me a new phone as i was still within my 7 day period. 2 days later the same problem started so yet again i went back to mtn. i was informed that there is nothing wrong with the phone and that they will not exchange it again. i then showed them the fault in the software and they then told me its my own problem. i now need to sort it out myself with sony. <br> <br> How can it be my problem. They gave me the phone. i am sick and tired of people who work there. they give mtn a very bad name. its your problem so sort it out... I will not take a faulty phone just to make them happy<br> <br>
