FAULTY HANDSET
I received an upgrade Sony Xperia Z3 on Saturday the 28 March 2015. After inserting the sim card into the phone I tried downloading Apps but it wouldnt do anything, although I had available Data on my phone. I tried using Wi-fi then it downloaded the Apps. As soon as I disconnect from Wi-fi Im unable to connect to any of the Apps. Now I had to send the phone in back to the store with my sim card because Im unable to use this Nano sim card on another phone. This causes alot of inconvenience to me as I have no access to my messages or any other information. The main problem is if they tested the phone in store then we can avoid all the inconvenience to customers.
