Faulty Galaxy S6 Edge

I upgraded my contact during August 2015 with Mtn and during 5th January 2016 found that it won't charge although the wireless device worked. I then took it with all accessories and the original packaging to Mtn. Needless to say the consultant was not helpful at all and said that I must take it to Samsung directly for repairs. I booked the phone in on the very same day at Samsung and they confirmed that the phone's charging part was defective. 2 weeks later and daily phone calls to both Samsung and Mtn, I am told that I have to wait until the parts arrive. Mtn is ignoring my pleads for a replacement and the CPA. I am now reverting to Hellopeter. Can MTN expect that the CPA excludes them???
