Faulty device from insurance company

My name is precious Ntshangase my cell my number is *** ...mtn is most useless network n providing poor service ever last year. December 2023 lost my phone I then app**** for a claim at mtn insurance device due to holidays my claims was approved on the 2nd of january 2024,right on the 15th of January 2024 I payed the access fee which was R1420 Rands after few days they delivered my device only to find out that the device wasn't switching on either charging so i went to the branch the following day so they couldn't take the phone because it wasn't coming from them it was from the supplier of Mtn insurance device so I had to call them to arrange to collect the phone so on the 26th of january 2024 the courier guy came and collect it so the following week I have been calling them for follow up as they were telling me about the assessment so yesterday In the morning I called they told me that there's nothing wrong with my device so all of a sudden around 17h00 I got a call from a courier guy to deliver the phone n then when m trying to switch it on and charging it doesn't work again it's been a month now they are giving me the very same device that it's not working. Action must b taken to such companies because we are paying at the end of the day.
