Faulty device
I lodged a complaint for a delayed delivery of a device last week.Finally received it and now it had to be sent in for assessment by Mtn the Glen because it is faulty and I had it for 8 days.I had software updated and reinstalled all this on a supposedly brand new device. Really Mtn

As it was returned after the 7th day , it has to be booked in for an assessment then the Repair Centre will advise if its needs to be exchanged. Kindly contact the Repairs Call Centre for a follow up on your handset on Toll Free Number: *** (FIX) 349.
