Faulty biometric system for deliveries
Hello MTN, I think you need to stop with your *********** biometric system, rather tell us to collect phones from the store instead of having phones return with courier because the biometric system is not working well, I'm beyond frustrated, please fix this issue

26 Aug 2026, 14:45So this is the second time their biometric system fails meaning I'm not getting the phone yet again, I'm nit sure what MTN wants from it's customers, I'm even thinking of canceling the contract because I cannot stay at home for the whole week for their inefficient machine
