<p>Reference Number: REQ ********** . Mtn is *********** and ********** . They **********ly debited my account in March this year after having FAILED to deliver an upgrade which I then cancelled. I have called them about 30 times with no assistance. Tons of reference numbers, sent from pillar to post. I get told a variety of stories one even claimed that my money was paid
