Fantastic service

<p>I have both Vodacom and MTN contracts and renewed them at the same time. Imagine my suprise in the service and handling. While Vodacom left a very bitter taste in my mouth, MTN surpassed my expectations. I went to the MTN shop in Scroderstreet Upington and was pleasently suprised by their friendly and helpfull manner. The answered all my questions and kept me up dated on my transaction. I ordered items not in stock and again they kept me informed of the progress and notified me when it arrived. I was clearly informed of their policies and rates and applicable fees (not so with Vodacom). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. This is the main reason I go back to them and buy other products from them. I would recommend them to any person without any hesitation at all. I just love their friendly, helpfull and knowledgable attitude towards customers (no matter who they are or how the appear). Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!</p>
