Famous Pathetic Customer Service

The pitts. I have been calling continuously for the last week to be helped with a claim on the insurance. Customer service agents dropping the call on me. Claiming that I am making adjustments to my collection when I have not called. I was warned by everyone about their pathetic customer service and lack of resolution on problems but yeah here I am now still not help and we are nearing the end of the second week. I am scared that this might even go longer. I would not recommend their insurance not to anyone even my number one enemy/nemesis.
