Famous Itumeleng / MTN De Grove mall Pretoria

Yesterday during my break. Went to MTN Menlyn branch. Great agent kindly advised that my ID was needed for security reasons to assist me with sim swap for my 12 years old daughter. I told him that I would be back today. With my house being close to De Grove mall I assumed that it would be the same requirements. Itumeleng from De Grove refused to assist stating that she needed my daughter to be present. She used such arrogant language with such "push back" attitude. Went straight back to Menlyn, the gentleman that I met yesterday helped me within 10 minutes. So strange to wake up, go to work and having non-sense behaviour.
