Talk about *********** sales consultants at the branches to the incompetence even via their call center. I am beyond outraged at the service provided by consultants at the Carnival and Springs mall Mtn branch when I went seeking help, Mtn sent a credit update to trans union that I have not been paying my contract since April whereas it had never missed a payment. Now they fail to provide an explanation of how this happened or a solution in writing to confirm account in order to update my credit profile with trans union instead I am being pushed around worse even the managers at the stores are just useless and ***********. I regret being an Mtn client it's the worst experience ever as it's messing with my credit score n credibility all under false information. You are the worst and don't deserve customer loyalty at all...
