Falsely advertising stock they do not intend to supply

We have been trying to upgrade our one contract to the Lenovo Core i5 since 21 March 2019. We first ordered from one of the Three Rivers branches, then after a while asked one of the Vanderbijlpark branches if they would try to get stock, then eventually complained to MTN customer care, who also tried to assist in obtaining stock, unsuccessfully. We lastly then ordered it again from the other Three Rivers branch on 5 October 2019, and still no stock. Since March this items has been advertised in every single Yellow trader, month after month, yet since March, not one could ever source any stock. On 5 October 2019 I also ordered the ShareLink B618 WiFi router from the Three Rivers branch for another contract now due for an upgrade, eventually also contacting the MTN complaints department, because the branch is unable to source the stock. They then referred me to MTN Direct, who also was not able to assist with stock. How can you advertise items in the Yellow trader, month after month, that you fully well know you cannot supply or intend to stock. This is false advertising!
