False verification

I am very much disappointed with MTN South Africa!!! My mom & I wanted to upgrade in Brooklyn mall Pretoria on Saturday (30th of January 2021) . While try to upgrade MTN'sverification department declared my mother dead, who is very much alive. What ****ed me off is that the consultant at the verification refused to interact with her while she wanted clarification. Verification department said even home affairs declared her dead & it's false since we checked her status with home affairs today they said she's a widow, which is true.
