FALSE SUSPENSION

my cell phone has been suspended and no one at mtn wants to pick up the phone, I had a contract with Nashua Moblile, who migrated with MTN last year. After that the phone has been suspended for the first time now, after 5 months. I have learned that no debit orders were launched from January. I now have a bill of over R10000 which must be paid now.
We were advised that it would be business as usual with the migration.

This is an administration error from MTN.

Why was I not suspended from the first month if the debit order did not go through, and only advising me now after 5 months.

Where must I now get this from now, I feel this is MTN's fault as they never launched the debit order.

I have tried phoning to make payment arrangements, but no one answers the phone.
