False SMSes

MTN sends me incorrect SMSes saying that my data has been depleted and that I have started incurring costs with steps on how to recharge with FNB and Capitech. This is nothing but ********* advertising, enticing people to spend more money when they do not have to.
Nompumelelo (or anyone else from MTN), do not even reply with your stock standard reply and some **** reference number. There is no way to track those ref numbers or to see what you do about the issue. MTN is ********* and this practice is unacceptable.
I have also not received a correct account for three months but your call centre just tells me to ignore the incorrect amounts.
