False Selling of packages
Last week Wednesday I called MTN after I went to istore to do an upgrade which they did not have stock of the device I was looking for and could not provide me with estimation of when they will have the device in stock. So I decided to call to cancel the contract and I was sent from pillar to post with no assistance and then I called again and I think I spoke to Liyabona Peter from retentions who upgraded me to a data and minutes only package. He advised that I will receive free once off 30 GB data and 100minutes and monthly as per my contract paying R129 p/month I will get 15 GB data and 120 minutes. I did not receive those so I decided to call the customer service and I spoke to a rude consultant who told me that the contract was done by Ignition and I need to call ignition myself she can't help escalate this dispute. I am very disappointed at the level of inefficiency and this is a build up because I am never fully satisfied with MTN's service. I did not receive my refund for the home router I retruned and I did not follow up because I knew I wasn't going to get my money back and now it is this, a daylight ******* through misinformation this is a cam. I want what I was told which is 15 GB and 120 minutes
