False Sales marketing is unacceptable

MTN is ****ming their customers!!!!This has been the worst data deal I have ever had and no one is assiting.Being sent from the one to the other agent to assist.They sell a lie and expect one to buy more data yet it is regarded as uncapped home internet.The speed is slow and being told by agents to purchase MORE!! Why did you sell me the product as uncapped home internet and did not tell me there is a fair usage policy.Is that not false marketing for an upsell over the phone? I am leaning now more towards your main competition as they seem to offer cheaper and better services.My loyalty to you over 15 years ends here!
