False representation of customer service consultants!

I upgraded my contract (which is under my mother's name) and the consultant mentioned that my phone will be delivered to me provided I was able to present my mother's ID copy and proof of residence. Now the courier company says this is not possible and MTN needs to notify them about these type of special arrangements.

What angers me is that the upgrade was done so quickly and now there are issues. I called the Direct Sales line several times and keep holding and people who answer are not helpful at all! I myself work with customers and this is no way to treat people. I feel ******* and given false information , just so that you can get the sales?!
