False representation of a contract package by MTN

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving from MTN currently!!!. I called in to cancel my contract as it was coming to an end, I was transferred to the retentions department where I was sold deal of 250min and 30gig of data by Olga Kok on the 15 of June 2020, then I only received 7gig and 50min!!!!! nothing close to what I signed up for. What angers me the most is that I specially asked her if she was sure of the details she is giving me and she sent me the below: Good day Nomkhosi,

Kindly note that the contract is for 250 minutes and 15GB anytime +15GB night express X 24 months @ R199.00
