False Renewal - Pathetic ****s

On the 20th of December 2023 I called MTN to cancel my contract as it was coming to an end and I spoke to a consultant by the name of Nhlakanipho Ntanzi who convinced me to renew and offered me a package of 150GB monthly at a cost of R318 for 36months. I told him that it was still high because their prices keep going up and he told me that he spoke to his manager Wendy Ndlovu and that i will only pay R318 for 36 months. I even demanded an email that confirms that before i renew but Nhlakanipho said the manager was busy with another call and will send it once done however the calls are also recorded. I agreed and renewed my contract, now two months later my subscription is increased. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICES OF ****S WHO MADE ME TO RENEW UNDER FALSE PRETENCE. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED ***
