False Promotions - REQ:*** - No reply since October 2016
<p>False Promotions</p> <p>i am a contract customer of MTN for over 20 years and three phone contracts</p> <p>i received several SMS's recently to go to a store to upgrade my phone and i was advised i will get 10 000 minutes and 50 GB free if i take a contract over R379. so i went into MTN Head Office 14th avenue, Jhb monday 24th Oct 2016 , the consultant told me the same think that i qualify for thr offer it is flagged on the computer , if i take a ocntract for over R379 of which i did i took a new Iphone 7 and R499 contract , to date i have never received my free minutes and 50 GB.</p> <p> ********** - contract number cell phone</p>
