False promo advertising
The service I received was great doing an online upgrade but it is the false advertising that is ticking me off. They show that you will receive Samsung earbuds with each S20 series mobile and I asked specifically if it is available still and was told yes it is. Although samsung members say deal has ended the last of march MTN still shows it part of this month deal.
