False promises on arrangement

I've made the arrangements with Phumzile Magubane regarding payment agreement. During lockdown I couldn't pay and after the levels went down MTN started to send me the double bill which I don't have a problem as it will make up for the lost months. Suddenly they want me to pay the full amount, which I agreed to pay double with Phumzile. Now my lines are suspended and I tried to call MTN and asked for Phumzile to call me back but till today she never called me back. This frustrates me because I cannot run my business effectively as the lines are suspended. I spoke to the lady by the name of Nosimilo and Itumeleng where I've been informed that the arrangement has been removed from the system.
