False promises and adverti*****t

I took out a contract on Sunday(4 Dec) with a promise to get my new phone within a day and now its Wednesday and the only contact I had was this morning from DSV who said they wont be able to deliver to today. now I have come to a conclusion that I do not want the mtn contract anymore as I really need a phone as in yesterday as my work depends on that phone. so please cancel this contract.
