False promises after waiting ages

0/10 would not recommend your branch or service provider to ANYONE I am so incredibly disappointed in your MTN garden Centre branch and more specifically the shop assistant Sven.

After being reassured by Sven that the few online and technical difficulties that we experienced in store when I tried to upgrade, that I would definitely have my phone by today ( which by the way is more than two weeks later) he very nonchalantly and rudely informed me that after all the admin and ordeal I went through to get the phone that it actually isn’t even available for me in store as it is reserved for other clients: Why has it not been reserved for me as well as I have been struggling for more than two weeks to get the phone from your branch I will be posting this same message on every single social media platform I have access to.
