False promises!
I lodged a complaint for not receiving the free 30 gig promised by MTN on my upgrade here on hellopeter because I got frustrated from going back and forth with their call centre agents. MTN responded on the 7th January that the 30 gig will be loaded on my account but 18 days later... Nothing!<br> <br> It is very sad to know just how much my business means to you, that will never be forgotten. I cannot wait for this contract to end so that I can take my cents where they are appreciated.
