False promises
On the 14 December 2015 I upgraded my mobile contract. I was assured that I will receive my handset by the 18 December 2015. To date, I have been given a run around and still no handset. Shocking service, no feedback, and supervisors do not take calls. Never deal with companies that take your money and do not deliver.
