False promise by MTN Business

Sales agent Kaya Nkomo from the Constantia office gives people false promises when people go in to take contracts. He promised to have me activated by COB on Friday, but does not answer his phone nor return calls. His partners answers and gives excuse that he is not available or gone out. I have to escalate to the CEO, Charles to intervine and help. Waiting for his response. Let's see if this is resolved today, Sunday as I already lost business to the value of R12500 so far.
