False product sold

MTN Welkom at the Welkom Square sold WiFi to us that is not what we are currently using, and the way that the consultants are just not interested in assisting the very same way they were excited and interested when the sale came their way is disturbing honestly,it has only been a month of having this WiFi and we've been experiencing problems since the time we took it, we had to go back 2 weeks after taking it back to the store because apparently the consultant did not activate the WiFi, and now we are told we've used all of the 600gb a family of 4 that does not stream we are only using our phones for social media that's it I am HIGHLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED in MTN
