False product information about a new contract offer

On the 17th of Feb 2023, I was contacted by one your agent offering a new contract where I'll be getting a laptop, a study voucher of R40k and etc, I was told by this sales agent that since "I was one your valued client " I qualified for a 50% discount. I kept on asking her if she was for real and she promised that it was. My problem is that every time I contact mtn to confirm this is well, they do pick that I took a new contract but they can't see any information like: the benefits, T's & C's or the pricing of the new product. I find it to be strange that your agents don't know about the product information you offer customers, or the person who called me was dishonest and not transparent about the product. The courier company DSV has been trying to contact me with regards to the delivery of the laptop. I will not take anything until someone calls me back and explain what was sold to me. I want you to also listen to the voice call recording of me with that sales agent and please get back to me the soonest. I need this resolved. I hate the fact that Ive been calling and I don't think your agents understand the seriousness of this. The fact that I have to use this platform to get help says a lot about your service. Selling a product with the false product information is a serious bad service delivery to a client. Please get back to me, I am not happy at all!!!!!!!
