False Package sold

The Rewards company falsely sold me an upgrade and removed all my airtime even though she confirmed twice that my current contract remains the same. The additional data is what I will be paying for. This has subsequently cost me R500 in 4 days of airtime. The rewards logged on my account totally differs to the one she sold me. She promised to send an email confirming the addition which did not materialise either. After spending more than 30 minutes with two agents they finally agreed to revert to my original contract.
