False or misleading adverti*****t?
MTN advertised the M5 Aqua in their October 2015 brochure. Tried to take out a new contract for the phone - was informed by a number of stores and the MTNdirect channel they had no stock - and in fact never ever had stock of the phone!!!! Each time I enquired i was advised that I must try next week!!!!! It is now November - and still no stock. Also in their November brochure the phone is advertised - but at a much higher contract price!!!!!!<br> COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE ADVISE WHEN YOU WILL HAVE STOCK AND IF YOU WILL HONOUR THE OCTOBER PRICE.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have been waiting for stock on this device as it was meant to be done in October however Sony has temporarily put a hold on the distributing this product until further notice.
We have escalated the matter to our sales department regarding the November brochure which still has this phone and we were advised that the product will be recalled from the brochure until we receive feedback from Sony.
Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.
