False online Black Friday add from MTN website.

I took an MTN Black Friday contract online and it was advertised on MTN site as a 100G data and at the bottom they put the following: unlimited MTN to MTN minutes per month. 3600 minutes to other local networks Fair usage policy of 400 sms per day. My understanding was that it was a data and voice package.

What I got is totally different to what was advertised on their website. I called the call center to try to query that but I did not get any joy. I have been sent from pillar to post and at some stage holding on for more than 30 minutes listening to jazz music. I spent more than 2 hours on the phone without any help.

This kind of poor service is discouraging, I just want to be given what was advertised or to cancel the upgrade and go back to me old package that expires next year end of January.
