False on MTN Behalf.

On Cyber Monday MTN had a Data Deal for uncapped 10mb line for R499 and I App**** on line. I was contacted a hour later by a very kind lady and we went through all the relevant things and I was approved. That was Cyber Monday the Thursday I called MTN and the man said I was approved they will call me later which. did not happen. On the Friday I sent a email to customer service and they rep**** we will back to you shortly. On the next Monday I emailed again and again they said they will get back to me. On the Tuesday I emailed again still no reply. Then customer then sent me a mail to ask for all the Reference no. This Morning I get a email that my contract is canceled with MTN. NO apology. No reason or no nothing. I think it was false advertising on MTN TO get information for the data base for telesales. I had MTN contacts in the past and never had any problems. If My R499 a month does not mean anything to MTN then it can only be FALSE ADVERTISING. KIND REGARDS GAVIN
