False migration and deals

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with MTN. I secured a cellphone contract from MTN Newcastle, Kwazulu Natal in January 2018. (Initial contact and assistance was fantastic)

On 29 August 2018, a representative of MTN phoned ( ********** ) and indicated that the value of my contract was excessive and offered a migration where I would receive the same deal, plus 2 gig data extra, at a reduced contract amount.

Needless to say, I received the extra 2 gig data, and an increased bill (R 100 - R 150 more).

I phoned customer care 135 to secure employees details and the telecom recording and was advised that the name and recording would need to be secured from headoffice.

I phoned head office ********** 000/ ********** 00 - a rude lady told me that she cannot assist me, I must phone customer care.

I again phone customer care who advise that Celcom Cellular employee phoned me for the migration, but that is all they know. (Orical number ********** )

I phoned Celcom Cellular which turns out to be MTN Newcastle who advise that they do not do migrations and cannot assist me and it might be Summer Mobile or Summer Sun Trading, who are outsourced.

Point is I received the 2 gig and higher account, so MTN must have authorized this.

No one will take responsibility, and i am left with the trouble.

I do not want to contract with MTN, and everyone should cautious of false promises.
