False marketing by MTN yet again

<p>I ordered data over the phone and asked if there were any specials and naturally there weren't any but when the SMS came through that I had successfully bought 1 gig of data for R169.00, I also received another message stating that you could buy 6 GIGS of data in store for R99.00!!! Now obviously it wouldn't suit the phone operators to mention the special in store, but worse than that when I enquired about the in-store rate of R99.00 via dialing 808, I was then told that this only app**** to upgrades and new contracts, however, the SMS definitely does not mention this at all and nor does it say that terms and conditions apply!!!! And I believe that because of this, MTN should honour the in-store 6GIGS option for R99.00 no matter what!!! Highly disappointed and sick of false advertising!!!</p>
