False marketing at MTN

I am very disappointed with MTN ,I have taken out a unlimited data contract during Black Friday, it was so called a black Friday deal ,if you take the contract out with Mtn you would receive a R1000 Makro voucher ,there was an issue with the email address but I have on numerous occasions went to Mtn with the corrected email address, spoke to their customer service and Manager and was always sent away saying they are sorting the issue, to date nothing has being done ,it is disappointing 😞
