False Listing
I had taken out an MTN contract for my partner as a birthday present. I had for the first three month been debited until MTN stooped debiting me or communicating why they are not debiting. I went into a branch and one of the consultant helped me as we both verified with the bank that funds were taken off.
Now to my suprise MTN has massed up my credit by listen non payment even thou they had been paid. The contract has been opened howeved they had written it off without any communication what so ever to either me or on the sim.
This is the worse service ever. It is ******** to do so and also shows professionalism.
