False item.....

Hi. I know it's long ago....but still....

In 2022 July I did two online upgrades: 1. Sim only 2. Sim and Device

So the device is a Samsung A52 S 5G, and the deal breaker was because the lady that helped me that time was telling me that the phone takes two Sim cards..... during that time I was only using one Sim card, and recently I received a work phone and I decided that I'm going to put the work Sim card into my "private" phone because it takes two Sim cards.....and only to find out that it does not take two...

So now I am forced to live with two phones.... of which I feel is not right because I was **** to that time when the upgrade was done.

I dialed mtn on 135 to report or to inform them, and I was transfered to the 'people' who helped me with the deal, but they told me that they can do nothing, it's basically water under the bridge....I really feel that I was **** to just to get the deal / upgrade
