False ITC listing account paid up long ago

I settled the account over 2 months ago but the account still says I’m in areas on all ITC platforms. Now I am having trouble finding boarding school for my child because my applications are getting rejected because of this account. They said ITC will be updated within 7 working days it is now 60 days.
