False information, theft.

How is it that a company like MTN still is in business while they rip people off. They basically **** and stole from me giving false information now I am sitting with the problem and being forced to pay becease they threaten to cut my line.

A telemarketer phones me with a "promotion" never to inform me of sertain fees. Ive givin this info through to the customer service but they dont care and dont even respond to my email. What a useless service.
