False information on contract given to me

MTN 135 does not treat customers well.. In June 2022 I have done the data,, SMS and minutes upgrade online but they did not give me the offers I requested. They deduct too much money that we did not agree with I want to reverse the offers, moreover I don't want to do them on line I want to go to my nearest MTN because on line they are taking me from pillar to post. I can't afford the money hence I did not take a new equipment. Please reverse it as I don't want it.. My id no is *** my full names Raisibe Johanna Ledwaba. The numbers I am complaining about is *** and ***. Please attend it immediately otherwise I am canceling the contract and I will go to another network. I am not satisfied at all.
