False information from mtn insurance

I have been with Mtn insurance over 2 years, I insured my I phone 13 pro 1 day after purchasing it the value of the phone was 27k at the time of purchase, I lost my phone early April and claimed everything was approved I even paid the access and was offered an iPhone 15pro wich is the same value now as my iPhone 13 pro then... it's been almost 2 months now waiting for my phone and when I call I'm told there's a huge price difference of 9k I am only insured for 18k... so they waiting for approval from Santam, for over 2 years I paid my insurance knowing that I'm covered for the same value today I'm being told I'm only covered for 18k... this is unfair and I am not happy with mtn insurance at all I would not recommend it to anyone.
